Eligibility to Use the Services

To use Solivara's paid services and donation features you must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into legal agreements under applicable law. Where a user is under the local age of majority, a parent or guardian must provide consent and accept these Terms on their behalf. A scenario: a junior founder aged 17 must submit a signed parental authorization before booking a paid consultation.

Users under 16 are not permitted to create accounts for paid services. For users aged 16–20, Solivara may require verified parental or guardian consent for certain activities, such as recurring subscriptions or contractual engagements.

You must use Solivara services lawfully and not for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purposes. Example scenario: using consultation services to obtain advice for misrepresenting a business to supporter is not allowed and may lead to service suspension.

Solivara operates primarily from Singapore and offers services to users in jurisdictions where such services are permitted. If local laws restrict use of coaching services or payment methods, we may decline or limit access based on your country of residence.

Accounts and Access

Some features require creating an account. Accounts enable scheduling, payment history, access to purchased materials and management of donation receipts. We provide case-based examples in account settings to illustrate how to update preferences or attach documents for verification.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and to keep it updated. For example, if you change your business registration details or address used for tax purposes, update your profile to ensure invoices and receipts reflect the correct information.

Keep your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify Solivara immediately and follow the recovery steps provided on xyvora.digital. Practical scenarios and step-by-step recovery cases are available in our help articles.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or license your account access to third parties. For joint engagements involving multiple team members, book a team consultation and purchase appropriate multi-user packages.

If your account is hacked or shows unauthorized bookings or payments, contact support immediately with relevant transaction details. We will contribute and outline remedial steps with illustrative case notes showing how similar incidents were resolved.

Solivara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a risk to other users. Suspension may follow repeated breaches or behavior that impedes the delivery of services to others.

Services Offered

Solivara provides blog content, case-driven articles, paid one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, digital resources and a donation mechanism to support research and scholarship. Service descriptions include real-world scenarios and case studies showing how particular coaching approaches were applied to business-branding challenges. Consultations are advisory in nature and tailored to the information you provide.

Services, pricing, formats and availability may change. When we modify a package or workshop we will publish the change and provide transitional options where relevant. Example: when switching a workshop from in-person to virtual, registered participants will receive rescheduling options or credits depending on the circumstances.

We strive to make services available as scheduled, but availability may be affected by resource limits, public holidays or unforeseen events. If a scheduled consultation must be rescheduled, we will offer the next available slots or credit toward future services. Case scenarios of rescheduling and client decisions are provided to set expectations.

Conduct and Acceptable Use

When using Solivara you must adhere to rules to maintain a professional and safe community. The rules below list common prohibitions and expectations, with short case examples illustrating unacceptable conduct.

  • Do not submit fraudulent or false business credentials. Example: presenting fabricated revenue reports during a paid advisory session may lead to termination and forfeiture of fees.
  • Avoid abusive, harassing or discriminatory language in communications with Solivara staff or community members. Repeated violations may prompt account suspension.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, reproduce or misuse downloadable coaching materials beyond personal use unless a commercial license has been obtained.
  • Respect scheduling rules: no-shows and late cancellations may incur fees as outlined in the paid services cancellation policy.
  • Do not use the donation feature to launder funds or direct payments that violate applicable law. Donor intent must be clear and lawful.
  • Refrain from promoting unrelated commercial services in comment areas or during free community events without prior consent.
  • Comply with local laws when applying strategies suggested in coaching sessions; advice is contextual and should be adapted with legal and business counsel where appropriate.

User Content and Contributions

Users may submit comments, testimonials, questions and materials in connection with the blog and community features. We encourage practical case examples and anonymized business scenarios to support learning; by submitting content you represent you have necessary rights to share the material.

You retain ownership of original content you post, but by posting you grant Solivara a license to use, reproduce and display the content for the purpose of providing services, showcasing case studies and improving offerings. If you submit a client case for publication, identify confidential details or seek anonymization prior to posting.

By submitting content you grant Solivara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content in connection with the website, marketing and educational materials. For published case studies, we will seek approval when practical and provide attribution per your preference.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions. Solivara is not responsible for user-provided content, and we may remove material that violates these Terms or applicable law. Example: publishing another company’s confidential material without consent will be removed and may trigger further action.

We may remove or restrict user content at our discretion, particularly when it violates rules or presents legal risk. If your content is removed, we will provide a notice explaining the reason where practicable and give options to dispute or resubmit redacted content.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Solivara site — including articles, course materials, templates, design and marks — is owned by Solivara or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this IP for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Case-based licenses for workshops or training packs are available under specified terms.

  • Do not copy or republish Solivara blog posts in full without authorization; partial quoting with attribution is allowed for educational use.
  • Do not use Solivara branding, logos or activity dress in ways that imply endorsement or partnership without written consent.
  • Do not sell or redistribute Solivara course materials unless you have an explicit commercial license; ask our team for licensing scenarios and pricing.

Paid Services, Consultations and Donations

Paid services include individual consultations, packages, workshops, subscriptions to premium content and optional donation processing for initiatives. Each paid offering includes a description, duration, pricing and specific terms. We provide scenario descriptions to help you choose the right package based on business stage, time constraints and budget.

Prices are stated on xyvora.digital and may be denominated in SGD. Pricing examples and case comparisons are provided to illustrate value for different client situations (e.g., founder seeking brand positioning vs. executive seeking personal thought-leadership strategy). Taxes and processing fees, where applicable, are disclosed at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You must provide valid payment details and authorize charges. For consultations, payment is typically taken at the time of booking. If a payment fails, your booking may be canceled; we outline step-by-step scenarios for resolving payment issues.

Subscription services, if offered, run for the subscription term and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Renewal notices and an example cancellation scenario will be provided prior to each renewal period. Subscription tiers and benefits are clearly described to support informed decisions.

Refunds are handled case-by-case. For single-session consultations, refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and whether services were delivered. For digital goods and workshop recordings, refunds are limited due to immediate delivery; examples of allowable refunds in exceptional circumstances are provided to set expectations.

Cancellation policies vary by service. Typically, cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation will receive a full credit or refund; cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial fee. No-shows may forfeit fees. Example scenarios and a cancellation fee schedule are available on the booking page.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to their purchases under local law. Solivara will add taxes at checkout where required and provide receipts suitable for bookkeeping. Example scenarios explain tax treatment for donations versus paid consultancy fees in Singapore.

Solivara may change prices but will not alter charges for bookings already confirmed. Future bookings reflect updated pricing and accompanying case notes to explain the practical impact on existing packages.

If payment is not received, Solivara may suspend access to paid resources and withhold delivery of scheduled services until payment is resolved. Example procedures for resolving disputes over charges are provided.

Disclaimer and Professional Limits

Coaching and content on Solivara are for informational and educational purposes. Advice is based on generalized experience and illustrative case studies, not a substitute for professional legal, tax or business advice. Results vary and depend on individual circumstances; outcomes described in case studies illustrate past scenarios and are not predictive.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solivara and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Liability for direct damages related to service delivery is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law and factual circumstances.

Third-Party Services

Third-party service providers (payment processors, hosting, analytics and scheduling platforms) may process and store data on our behalf. We select reputable providers and describe typical data flows in practical examples so users understand which data elements are shared and why.

Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the specific terms of the service. Solivara may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other users or staff. Termination procedures and typical outcomes are illustrated via case notes.

Consequences of termination may include loss of access to purchased materials, forfeiture of prepaid fees in certain cases and removal of user content. Solivara will provide clear instructions for retrieving permitted personal data after termination where technically feasible.

Privacy and Data Use

Solivara handles personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We process data to provide services, manage bookings and donations, and communicate updates. Case studies in our privacy documentation demonstrate how we handle identity verification and anonymization in published examples.

Communications and Notifications

Notices, confirmations and marketing communications are delivered by email, SMS or in-app messaging. Transactional messages related to bookings and payments are required for service delivery and are not subject to unsubscribe requests. Practical examples illustrate which messages are transactional versus promotional.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and posted on xyvora.digital with an effective date. We include versioned case notes that show how changes affect different user scenarios to help you assess impact.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be handled under Singaporean law, and the governing jurisdiction will be Singapore courts unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific engagement.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties should attempt good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may go to mediation or Singapore courts. We provide practical dispute-resolution pathways and examples of timelines for common issues related to bookings and payments.
